WARRANTY & RETURNS
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTYAll REMOTE EQUIPMENT products have a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner for the lifetime of the product against defects in materials or workmanship under normal recreational use. If your gear fails due to material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our option. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. We inspect every product before it ships to meet quality standards and verify that all materials and workmanship are free of defects. However if your Remote Equipment product is defective, please contact us at: support@remoteeq.com and provide us with a photo and description of defect or damage. REPAIRSIf your bag is damaged for reasons other than defects in quality (i.e. not under warranty), get in touch and we will determine if your bag can be repaired and provide a quote for repair. In most situations, your product can be repaired for a reasonable charge, plus shipping costs. RETURNSWe offer a 30 day return policy for gear in unused condition. Customers will have to pay for return shipping (in the US its usually around $15). We recommend when customers buy a new bag, that they load it up and wear it around at home for a while to see if it fits their needs, and to save the packaging to return. |
